Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the product’s delivery, without having to provide a reason.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

Please send a written notice to info@smartaudiosolution.com within 14 days of delivery, specifying the order number, product, and date of receipt. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide instructions for the return.

Return Policy

The product must be returned within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, in good condition, complete with all accessories, and in its original packaging. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature and characteristics of the product may be deducted from the refund.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Bulky or heavy products (e.g., Augspurger and Ocean Way Audio systems) cannot be returned via regular mail: returns must be made via a dedicated shipping service to be arranged with us, with an estimated cost ranging from approximately €100 to €600, depending on weight and destination. Please contact us before shipping your return.

Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving notice of cancellation, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been shipped.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: software and digital licenses (e.g., Audioloom plugins) after download or activation, provided you have given your express consent to immediate performance; custom-configured or custom-made products; purchases made by a business with a VAT number (B2B), to which only statutory warranties apply.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity for consumers (12 months for B2B purchases), in addition to any official manufacturer warranties. For warranty assistance, please email info@smartaudiosolution.com, including your order number and a description of the defect.
