Karno is an American company founded by Adam Pierce, formerly of DPA Microphones, focused on developing disruptive technology for the professional audio industry. Its first product, SEPIA, is a digitally-controlled analog hardware platform: a host unit that provides power, routing and connectivity, paired with interchangeable modules that house the real circuits of preamps, EQs, dynamics and effects from legendary brands, with no digital emulation of the analog signal path.

The SEPIA system has won a Smart Innovation Grant and a PLASA Innovation Award. Our catalog includes the L6 host rack and SEPIA modules designed by names such as Malcolm Toft, H Labs, Locomotive Audio, Pope Audio, Smart Research, Drawmer, API, SPL and Serpent Audio.
